After waiting for several years to get pregnant, we were finally blessed with a sweet baby boy. Once I laid eyes on my precious little bundle I knew I couldn't go back to work in the corporate environment. I had spent the last 10 years in New York City working in the magazine industry. So my husband and I packed our things and left the city for his hometown in the Midwest. It was a big change leaving behind the city for life in a small town, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. The people are so friendly and it’s a great place to raise a family.
